I’m currently taking the advanced Python class with core developer Raymond Hettinger here at Cisco and it’s incredible. There’s nothing like hearing the material right from the horse’s mouth. I feel very lucky to have the opporunity. I never had any of this insight into cache architectures while studying in school.

There are so many subtle aspects of making a computer do exactly what you want. Today we were manipulating raw byte arrays. This closed the loop for me, finally driving it home that yes, all data is binary.
